The driver lost his keys, and didn't bother to call and say he would be an hour late. We had to call to find out. The driver was not sorry, the cotton candy machine was dirty, and management is rude and uncaring. They refunded an hour of the total charge after a dirty machine and a headache... please go somewhere else.

Going to rent a bouncy house from bouncing bins of tri cities ,for chelsea's birthday party! have used them before ! Kids love them !

Worst service EVER!! DO NOT rent from this company! Our bouncy house showed up 30 minutes late and was put up while party kids had to wait. Then, it was sopping wet and filthy! We had to dry it and wipe it down to use it. The cotton candy machine was dirty as well. The delivery guy even told us "it's stored in a warehouse, I'd wash it down if I were you" and then he watched as I washed it...
