I took my 3 year old son a couple months ago and found it fun. I think many people with the bad reviews make no sense a lot of times. This is an open play area, watch your kids at ALL times to avoid incidents, if it's hot buy some cold water (they have snacks and drinks for sale) and stop complaining for every little thing. I took my 23mo son along with a friend to play today. The first bounce we went into (in the 3 and under section) there were kids obviously over the age of 5 bouncing in there. This place is awesome!!! Clean and friendly staff. I'm very upset we will be moving soon but my siblings and the kids I babysit love it. They have free wifi so I bring my laptop and do some work while they play and the entry fee is super CHEAP! We will miss you bouncin bears.
