Excellent service here compared to the terrible and horrendous service at the store on cambridge street. The staff were patient at the comm' ave' store. They did not try to hard sell by promising the impossible.
Strongest recommendation. When my wall bed was delivered initially, it wouldn't fit in the elevator so the installers carried it up six floors. About two years later there was what was apparently a highly unusual mechanical problem. With considerable working their part, the problem was fixed for free and again they lugged the large replacement part up six stories! These guys are champions!
Literally walked in and walked out with an awesome mattress 20 minutes later! Granted I knew what I wanted and only had to try a few beds but I found the perfect mattress for $260. The staff were really nice and very friendly but not too overbearing at all. I would strongly recommend this place!
