I love art deco architecture, and I love looking at any beautiful building. The church is very impressive from the outside with tall towering statues and long thin windows. There is an information desk, a map and very helpful staff. The whole church is open...

Art Deco Treasure

This church is an architectural gem. Lovers of Art Deco will truly appreciate it. The history is fascinating partially because the woman that was the architect was a Quaker. Visitors be sure to tour the inside too. The colors are relaxing and not traditional.

The Boston Avenue United Methodist Church is an 8,000-member congregation located in downtown Tulsa. Established in 1893, it ranks as the eighth largest United Methodist congregation in the United States. The church is open on Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am to 4:45pm. Guided tours are available on Sundays after 11am or on weekdays by advance reservation.
