Customer service is music to my ears.

I bought a pair of the IE2 ear buds at Bose last week. After two trips to BestBuy the people could not help me find a pair of headphones with a mic that would work with my Droid phone. Bose was able to help immediately and made it clear that if I was unsatisfied at all to return the headphones. Great service and a good product.

I agree with most other reviews of this grand store in that Nordstrom's really prides itself on their level of customer service. However, that service comes at a pretty steep price when you take into account how much you're spending. They focus on high-end merchandise, so if you're looking for quality, name-brand goods, this is it. If the prices are out of your league, I suggest checking out...
