I had a complaint about an associate who wouldnt adjust a price on an item i had previously purchased. So i went to their website and filed a complaint. The general manager apologized and told me she would mail me a gift card to show her appreciation of my feedback. Two months later i am still waiting for a gift card. HORRIBLE customer service. I suggest going to Barnes and Nobles.
