i would have to say that i liked the employees because they were always nice and very helping but i thought most of the toys were overpriced and usually a little to hectic to walk in there sometimes.

hectic and always buzzing... wall-to-wall plastic and blinking lights... more Fisher-Price, Elmo and Sponge Bob than the eye can handle... a toy super store with discounted prices... they always have some kind...

I love going here for gifts. The store is crammed packed with toys and special sales. You can definately get more for your money at Kay Bee's. I know because I shop there often and I love the place. The customer service has always been very friendly and helpful.
