I tried to return a book I had the receipt and the credit card information (but not the card) The manager would not have anything to do with a return or even a store credit. It's hard to believe that there would be such poor customer service in this economy.

This is a nice store with a good selection of books and a good cafe. The layout of the store is very open and relaxing. It's the first store I check if I'm looking for something unusual and harder to find.
