Borders employees are always very helpful. It's so easy to call the store, put a book on hold and pick it up at the check out counter.

Borders has always posed a bit of a mental quandry for me. I have been to Borders all across this country and Canada, and there has always been a bit of a cognitive dissonance between how well-kept???
