I would have given 5 stars---but, I recently lost $100 trade credit!!!! I had over $100 trade credit on the slip when I put it down with the card next to the books I had brought in for trade credit and waited for an attendent. I accepted the credit slip w/o looking at it---having dealt with Bookman's since the 1970's without complaint. A few weeks later---I made a purchase and found that the credit slip that had over $100 on it before the new trade credit was added---now had only $18.25!!!!!!
