The website is a little low budget, it may seem, although they are, after all non profit! The staff is friendly and they are very helpful and resourceful. I'd also add kind to their customer service capabilities. Especially compared to Blackfoot's humane Society! THOSE people are very rude and ignorant and have HORRIBLE customer service! I had a great experience with the Bonneville Humane Society. We adopted our cat Jack and not only did we get a great addition to our family but they sent us with his bed, his scratching post, his carrier and a couple bags of kitten food. They also came and did the home check and were very polite and courteous. I appreciate all they did and continue doing. Thanks!

Then they needn't ask for outside donations either!
