My family is visiting the Woodlands from the UK and as a party of 8 visited the Bombay Sizzler.
We should have realised that when we walked in to a totally empty restaurant at 1830 in The Woodlands something was wrong!

This is definitely the best Indian restaurant in the Woodlands but they just do not have enough staff to keep up the service when it gets busy on Fridays and Saturdays.
We were there again last weekend, several people who were seated just got up and walked out when nobody came to serve them after 10 or 15 minutes.
