I have been a patient of DR Bolanos for the past 4 years! I trust Dr B completly with my medical care. I am very saddened by the recent alligations that have surfaced recently I simply do not???

I am a patient who has been uncomfordable with male doctors in the past. But I tried dr. Bolanos out because they told me I had a problem with my pregnancy. I will now be delivering my fourth child???

Hello Ladies!

I fully agree with the first review. I have complained three times on the bad treatment that I have been given. The doctor never remembers me. You wait at least for an hour in the lobby. They will forget to schedule a check up appointment and make it seem that it was your fault!!! AHHHHH!!!! One time I was given a dirty look because I got there too early???
Especially the office on Jackson they are not nice. One time I saw a pregnant woman well into her third trimester of pregnancy and they were not nice to her. She dashed out really mad and no one tried to talk to calm her...

The office staff organization and billing is a disaster! The doctor's recommended that I receive a shot called Guardasil, gave me a pamphlet and set up a time to do it. I show up for the appointment and get the shot. As I am leaving they inform me that I must pay out of pocket, because even though my insurance covers this vaccine, they don't want to go through the trouble of billing the insurance company. I am a little confused and shocked, but I pay them the 200$ thinking I will just file a claim myself later. I file a claim with my insurance company. My insurance tells me they need...
