Never fails - order is either wrong, wait is too long, food that should be hot is cold. Everyone looks busy, so why the problems? My last time here - will try another location.

Slowest Bojangles EVER!!! Every single time we go here it's slow. No food prepped, no food being cooked. Had to wait 15 minutes or longer for Cajun filet biscuits, plain biscuits, and fries. No...

You really know what to expect when going to a Bojangles. However, this location seems to really try to get your order right. The employees are friendly and they tend to the dining area nicely....

Not very happy that you advertise you are open but when I get to the drive through it says you are closed. It was 25 minutes before your advertised closing time.
