There were about five different types of potatoes with various fry cuts. The gold curly fries were delicous, I want more! The burgers were good, tasted like real beef. They advertise that it is all 100% grass fed. They also have about 10 different ketchups and various other sauces to try, including a blueberry ketchup. I would go back to...

Boise Fry Company offers several types of potatoes fried in several different styles. Potato choices include russet, purple, gold, sweet, and yams. Styles include shoestring, regular, home-style, curly, and something called po-balls. There is a toppings bar near the order counter with several signature sauces available.
The clerk was very patient with me and explained all the options available...
