This is the absolute WORST gym I have ever been apart of. The staff is incapable of assisting anyone, and their rudeness is only trumped by their laziness. The equipment is old and broken half the time, and when the equipment is broken it takes months to fix. But the worst thing of all is the cleanliness, the bathroom smells horrible and is consistently filthy, and to clean the gym equipment...
This gym is the worse gym ever! I have so waster my money and was told I could not cancel - should I file with the Better Business Bureau? I guess it couldn't hurt.
1. I made the mistake of joining for a life time membership close to 3 years ago and have 3 more months of making payments of $25 a mo. = $75.00. I have not been to this gym since Sept 2010 or almost a year now. I joined Retro Fitness in September for $20 a month. Even as my year membership is ending with them I can't get the nerve to go back to Body Visions because of how gloomy, dirty and broken it was/is even...
I have been a member for a few years and I like the place. In late 2008 to mid 2009 the place did take a turn and was a little neglected. Over the last six months it appears that the owners have began to make an effort to restore the facility back to the high standards that it once had. There is still much to do but it is getting better every day.

There are a group of employees who tend to have to much time on their hands and when they "worked"at Body Visions all they did was sit behind the counter and complained all the time. You never saw them cleaning ever!!!! The place has a better vibe now that those toxic employees departed
