Is it time for Body Time to get someone to manage their FB page? You could give live customer support and grow your business very quickly if you want to. FYI your 800 & local 510 numbers are not working in addition to your shopping cart not working with a 24 hour turn around on FB messages = tons of money hiding in wait for a few tweaks here and there.
