A disappointment in the lack of customer service. I recently brought in a vehicle for some minor repair/paint work. A few days after dropping the vehicle off I called the shop (a Friday) to get an update and spoke to the manager. I just want to start off by saying this place is phenomenal! My boyfriend and I own a 2013 Dodge Avenger which he fell asleep at the wheel and wrecked not long after purchasing.
