I stared out going to Body Evolution at the suggestion of one of my mom’s friends. I was looking to lose weight, and let’s be honest; my “I can do it alone” attitude just wasn’t working. Low and behold, there was a Groupon that night, I bought it and made up my mind that it was time to get fit. I have never been happier with my results and the fact that I LOVE working out!
