We contracted Bobs motorhome repair to repair the roof on our motorhome and was promised a 10 year warranty for the roof repair against leaks; transferable. We were promised a ten day repair. after more than a month, several broken promises and several different excuses for the delay, we were told our unit was ready for delivery. We picked up our motorhome and discovered the next day that the cover over our vent was no longer there. We had to return, (yet another 40 minute drive) to have it replaced.

Bob's is making a name for itself for unethical business dealings, including the refusal to return deposits within alloted times or at all. They are not certified by Winnebago, and put customers on the road with defective equipment. Customer service is terrible unless they want something from you. When it comes time to return the deposit, all emails and phone calls go unreturned. Heading to small claims court. Not the end to our vacation I was hoping for.

Do not rent from here! Not only did they put our group on the road in an RV with mechanical issues, but they also did NOT return our deposit. In fact, they made up bogus damages and threw us under the bus when it was time to return the consignment RV to its owners. BEWARE- the contract they make you sign has about a hundred different petty, picky little things. The lot guy is nice, and he walks you through everything. And, yes, the motorhome looks good. But after a few hours closed up in it - it smells like a cheap motel. Stale. Ugh. MOST IMPORTANTLY know that Bob's is in no hurry to return your deposit.
