Was hired through MassSave program. In my view did very poor job. This was also the apparent view of the inspectors from the MassSave program because work was deemed so deficient, Bob was required to return to fix obvious problems. Sloppy job, no-show on appt scheduling, unprofessional. Gives me no pleasure to write this, only want to warn others.
Hired Bob??s Insulation to finish out a room. The room is a laundry room and it received extensive water damaged. When the crew showed up, Bob or whoever the guy that did the estimate walked into the room and started in with ??I didn??t price the job out with the room like this, it was supposed to be cleared out.? Hired these guys to clean out some old flooring and insulation in my attic, put down new insulation and plywood, put in plastic channel covers in between the rafters, and put in a bathroom blower vent, and put a hatch over my attic stairs. The price was pretty good and they did the work pretty promptly.
came to look at the site. Bob mentioned he will have an estimate in a week. I called 3 times to request the estimate. They claimed Bob is busy but will get back soon....still no answer. I called them due to the reviews.....but sadly wasted my time. Bob seemed like a great guy. maybe under staffed, but at least inform me.
