After issuing a check for roofing to Bobola on 10-6-10 and promised job on 10-9 he was a no show,no call. He then promised 10-9,again no call no show,same on 10-16,10-30,and when I spoke to him on 11-5 he said he could not do job until 11-15. I then cancelled and told him I wanted my deposit back. He said he had to return roof tiles and would return my check in full after that. Did not hear from him until I called him the next week. Meanwhile I called ABC roofing supply and talked to manager who said Bobola never bought my tiles there as he had told me. To this date he avoids contact and...
