Quick response time and friendly, but double the cost to clean out a drain. Their house call fee is reasonable, but they charged me $195 for one drain clean out. I think I'll shop around next time and find someone for about half. I could buy the router on Ebay for about the total charge!

I am so glad that I called Bob Usry and Sons plumbing! Had a leak for 2.5 weeks in my bathroom that went into my other bathroom. Had another plumbing company come out 3 times and did nothing and couldnt find a leak and cost me $500.Called Bob Usry on a Tues they checked it out and Bobby did too. I would like to say My Husband Tim & I needed a new heating element put in our hot water tank. The Gentleman that showed up was very professional,did an amazing job. Pretty good. I've hired them a couple times: once to fix a major water line break outside my house, and another time to replace/repair some toilets. Both times I was pleased, though I'm not crazy about the flat-rate pricing for some things (although at least you know what you'll pay). Their guys are professional and their prices are fair, as far as plumbing goes.
