Over priced for service issues. They don't keep parts in stock so when they order them they want the customer to pay for the shipping and handling quicker. Even tho they know what the problem is today they can't get the part in to fix it unless I pay extra so they are going to hold my car for almost 2 weeks. I really feel they're over pricing me because I recently moved to nc from up north...

Got 4 phone calls last week about an appointment for a new car. Showed up at my appointment time, walked around the lot and inside the dealership. I was not greeted nor spoken to while I was there, so I left.

It will be tough to give my business to them again.
