Promises made but not received. Difficult to negotiate with. said one price then retracted, and refused to reconsider, vehicle seems great tho, just have to swim through b.s.
After shopping other dealers I was greeted by the general manager when entering this dealership. He politely introduced me to a friendly salesperson. In less than an hour we had driven 4 vehicles and aggreed upon a price of one. I was?
Overall BAD experience with this small car lot and it's money hungry tactics. They continue to call and harrass me to come back in also. Never, ever again!
Bought my Edge SUV in less time than I expected, vehicle was in great shape and drove well, sales person was helpful and answered all my questions. I meet the owner and was offered $200 for any referal sent in to purchase a different vehicle. A well run dealership.
