Blu's Restaurant is one of those places which serves good food at reasonable prices. Sure the place would not be opted for fine dining but still dishes out delectable menu. Right from breakfast to dinner this place offers sumptuous traditional food in a not so fancy but comfortable ambiance. The salads and pasta served here are definitely worth giving a try.

Blu's used to be in downtown Vail but has moved to East Vail in the Vail Athletic Center. It is a nice walk to go there for a meal. It is the only restaurant in East Vail

If you go, call ahead and ask if Nico is working. Make sure he can take care of your table. He has amazing recommendations and FABULOUS banter. He made our trip to Vail. Try the tuna sashimi, spinach salad and braised short ribs. Seriously, I'm adding this guy to my Christmas card list.
