I have gone into Blue Mercury on more than one occasion and quite frankly no one puts there best foot forward to assist you, and are barely greeted! On more than one occasion, I had to go up to the gal at the register and ask for assistance and was told "oh go see a makeup artist". After about waiting for 5-10 minutes, wouldn't a makeup artist come to the client? There was one other...

I need a good massage once a month because of my stressful job, so I thought that I would try Blue Mercury because I heard that the massage therapist was good Well my source was wrong, the message therapist is GREAT! Wow what a great job, thanks Amanda, I'll be back.

I was glad to experience clean facilities but the waxing specialist did not do a very good job. I had a brazilian wax and was not happy with the outcome. Also, the receptionist/sales woman did not understand key customer service points... she saw me waiting to pay and instead unpacked products while I stood waiting for at least 5 mins.

I loved my experience at Blue Mercury in Princeton. Debbie (who helped me) was so knowledgable and friendly. I have shopped at other blue mercury's and Princeton had it all over the other stores. It was clean, the people friendly and I felt like I was the only customer there even though the store was busy. I would travel to Princeton just to go to this store.

I tried this Spa 2 times and I love it the both times. Especially ask for "Mary Ann". She is wonderful and she won't suck you into buying their products.
