Much better than I expected, given its in a hotel. Had the prime rib, mashed potatoes, and a side of broccoli. It was actually pretty good. Impressed!

Despite being extremely busy for very late on a week night our server Shelly gave us top notch service with a smile. While our food tasted very good there were some problems. Our "Cowboy" rib eyes tasted great and cooked perfect medium rare as ordered but were a little tough and sinewy. Not acceptable when you're charging $42 a steak....

The quality of the food and drink was exceptional at both lunch and dinner. At dinner I ordered the prime rib, at the recommendation of our server Julia, and I was not disappointed in either the prime rib or Julia’s service!
