Bluebonnet accounting manager (laurel?) is the worse manager I have ever encountered. She abused the trust I placed in this company when they failed to come to my business to collect the trash for three weeks. When I asked for credit they denied it. Best waste hauler in Dallas/Ft. Worth - great service, great pricing. Have used them for many of our locations for many years and would highly recommend to anyone needing a waste hauler or recycler. They answer their phones on Saturday and after five - no automated phone systems. Have found them to be reliable and go the extra mile to take care of our needs.
