I wanted to write an update to my first review, as they ended up calling me to apologize and sent out a team of two to clean my carpets for free. Given that they took action to correct a mistake and make it right, I will give them the benefit of the doubt that the previous incident was a fluke. I will likely try them again as they did do a good job on the carpets.

We found this business online using YELP. They are superb local carpet cleaning business. We would not even consider using any other company. I want to recommend Blue Whale Carpet Care, they deliver desired results every time we've had the pleasure of using their carpet cleaning services.
