A big nightlife draw around Lake Havasu is BlueWater Casino, 40 miles south in the town of Parker. The gaming area comprises 475 slot machines, plus blackjack, poker, and bingo, and it adjoins a full-service resort with a concert hall, bars, a movie theater, restaurants, a 164-slip marina, and a 200-room hotel.

Located 37 miles south of Lake Havasu City, this riverside casino resort is western Arizona's most impressive hotel. Even if you aren't interested in spending your time at the slot machines, you'll find something here that appeals to you. There's a marina, a mile of riverfront land, a miniature-golf course, a theater for live entertainment, a movie theater, and a big indoor pool complex (with...

Worst Hotel room ever! Terrible Management

I had read the review of the water activities available at the hotel and decided to stop there on our way back from Phoenix with our teenage grand daughters. We had a room on the first floor of the hotel which is at ground level. The entrance to the hotel and casino is on the fourth floor, so to get...

Spring Break Gem

Just came back from a great spring break week with our family. The Blue Water Casino/Resort is not 2 1/2 hours from Phoenix...way easier then heading to CA...and way less expensive. Rooms were under $70.00. We were able to get adjoining rooms which was great.
I had read thru all the reviews so was not expecting much.
From check-in to...

We were looking for a place that could accommodate a larger group who wanted to get together and enjoy the river. The Blue Water appears to meet our needs. We stayed in a King Room this trip which was comfortable and had a nice view of the marina and river beyond. (all rooms do.) Bed was comfortable but pillows were...

We stayed overnight in the King suite. We were on the 4th floor and our sundeck was insanely large! We also had a balcony that connected to the sun deck. We had a beautiful view of the Colorado River. The bed was comfortable but the room could of been cleaner.
If you are not a smoker, this is not the...
