We go to the Blue Snapper only because we love to sit outside in the summer and we LOVE their Lobster Bisque. Otherwise, the food is not that great. Okay, so I see they do have a large patio. We came on Sunday afternoon and wanted to sit inside. No problem, so the hostess seated us at the bar area inside. We ordered the crab cakes for app. they were tastless and mostly breading. We ordered the 8oz steak. When the entree came, it was so so. We tried to eat it while fighting off the multitude of flies. This was the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at! The food was not edible. The service was non existent. The rice wasn't cooked. The food was overly salty. The ribs were chewy.

I love the theme of the restaurant!!! I love the fact that the restaurant has a family feeling and a bar feeling for single people. I had the crab legs and vegetables and thought the meal was better than Red Lobster. The salads are delicious and look delicious to eat. I hope the blue snapper stays open for years to come.

If you are looking for a place with a beautiful atmosphere, go to the blue snapper. If you want bad disgusting food, go to the blue snapper. We've dined there twice, we only came back because we like the spinach dip. But the 2 times we've dined there, we've just had the worst service and terrible food. The 1 thing that brought us back came out burnt,crusty and greasy. It's totally not worth it.
