Absolutely ridiculous that this company is even in business - if you can call what they do "being in business".

Our company recently purchased a company that was a client of BMI. We needed them to transfer the domain name of the other company. It is a simple 2 step process. Unlock domain, send request, grant request.

But even getting ahold of anyone is a nightmare!! I have sent a dozen...

I ordered the unlimited byod broadband internet service from BMI on November 4th, 2013 via their web sight. My credit card was charged $129.99 November 5th with no contact from them concerning any additional information about the device I would be using, etc. I spent almost 2 weeks trying to get my service started. I sent multiple emails because their online chat (with a representative) service...
