This original Blue Mesa Grill outpost has relocated across the street from its former home (5100 Belt Line Rd., Village on the Parkway). The menu still offers the restaurant’s founding creations along with those more recently introduced. Expect tortilla soup, smoked chicken enchiladas, Southwestern fajitas and more.

Blue Mesa has wisely stuck with its original concept of Southwestern fare: the chunky, made-to-order guacamole is truly a marvel. Adobe pie, the signature dish, is as good as ever. Each year the restaurant celebrates Hatch chiles with a special menu. It also donates to local charities with each purchase of a street taco.
