My husband and I purchased a used electric range from Jack at Blue Hill. When it arrived later that day the delivery man/owner's son Jim alerted us we were unable to use it safely because it was not freestanding. Paid for service charge, and no bill or receipt was presented. Repair did not solve problem. I called as instructed, and no further service was allowed.
