Not one to write reviews but have unfortunately been disappointed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. Really poor customer service. Flawed communications with providers. Talking with their customer service made me feel like I was a competitor of theirs (which I guess policy holders are competitors to their bottom line - profits). Where is the love? I guess education does cost money. Learned...

After waiting on hold for over half hour the customer service representative told me that our connection wasn't loud enough . Not that he couldn't hear me It just wasn't good enough for him . Then immediately hung up on me ! With open enrollment , insurance companies are competing for business . You just lost mine and everybody else I will speak to about insurance in the future !

Blue Cross really sucks. Crappy coverage at exorbitant prices. God help you if you ever get ill, because Blue Cross won`t. Just jacked up my rates from $660 to $830 per month. An increase of approx 26%. Is that even legal? Out and out robbery.

The worst kind of company. I pay my premiums on time every time. You all think this is a game. I'm over being lied to and jerked around. PAY YOUR BILLS BCBS OF ARIZONA. I'm not sure what I'm going to do, but if you all don't get on the stick, the world will find out what I will do.
