We got a referral to live here from our apartment locator. We looked at these apartments and thought they were very luxurious, very much the high rent district type apartments. The apartment managers were very nice and helpful (at first). A few weeks ago I left messages for them to call me and they put me on the back burner. The issue was about the INCESSANT noise problem that has started shortly after some uh, new tenants moved in. The apartment office maintains that no one lives upstairs but I hear otherwise.
