Sand blasted and painted horse trailer

I took my horse trailer to them for sandblasting, prime and paint. I was quoted as to a turn around time of 3 weeks. It took over 14 weeks. I showed up twice after being told to come and get it and it was still not ready. When I did come pick it up, I was very disappointed. The owners even said that it did not come out the way they had hoped. They gave several excuses as for as the weather and...
