Overall I was treated pretty well although I did not feel like the customer service was very good. I was in there about 10 minutes and no one offered to help me. When I did ask for help they were pretty friendly. I've been in the store 4 or 5 times and there really was not as much gaming going on as I would have hoped. They did carry a good selection of board games.
