I order flowers for Christmas, providing my own centerpiece and my own receptacle. Asst. stated flowers in $85 arrangement might not be in the next day which is Fri. I decided then to wait until the following day to retrieve them so that I can have the flowers that I love.Then an ice storm is forecast for Sat., and the Asst. states shop is only open one half day on Sat.--which is when the ice storm will hit. We then agree to a Monday pm pick up, but I explain that I'll expect fresh items due to cost.

The staff was incredibly nice and made an arrangement, within my budget, that my mother-in-law loved. I plan to use them every time I need flowers delivered in the H'burg area.
