Just a note of caution. Dr. Blake doesn't respond to many emails, and does not take responsibility for his mistakes. He is very talented in regard to cosmetics, as evidenced by his patient before and after books, but does not thoroughly explain possible bad outcomes/effects. A procedure he did on my led to TMJD and when I emailed him, he didn't respond. I sought a second opinion and he refused...
