I had a 12:30pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to wait, and wait. They finally started working on it at 2:00pm and I left at 3:00 after I pointed to my finished ticket to check out. The tires were all under inflated.

A huge thank you to the customer service rep who held the last generator for us yesterday, Jake who helped us get everything we needed for it, and Shawn who showed us how to run it as there was no manual for it. You guys really saved us!

Terrible customer service in the automotive department, definitely should have read the other reviews on here because my appointment for a tire change was at 4, and my car didn't even get brought into the garage until 5:15. Thanks for making sure I don't come back to this automotive department! But the woman at the customer service desk helping me out with other inquiries was great.
