I dont know what the person above me is talking about. One of the oldest Heating and air conditioning companies in town for a reason. Fair fast and experienced. As far as taking parts from this person's system and leaving, the parts were probably broke and he/she couldn't afford the repairs. This company has done a ton of work for me and never once disappointed. 24 hour service with skilled qualified technicians and some of the best installers in the triad.

Fantastic company. They know their stuff and give your a two hour time frame on when they are going to be there. Everyone else in town gives your a 1-5 in the afternoon thing. Found a Heating Guy

I have been living here for 7 years and when I got home I had no heat . Called Blackburn Carter and the guy come out after 8:00 PM and he found a peace bad and replaced it and I slept warm last night.

Worst Company in town...Refused to answer calls after they took parts from my unit...Never fixed my air conditioning unit. If I could I would give them a 0 Star rating 1 is far too generous.
