Not sure what the scoop is with DHay. We're known for having lots of affordably priced gifts and for promoting ""shop locally."" When items ARE more expensive, they simply reflect a higher quality.
And as for returns - we have always, always, always given store credit for any returns with these exceptions: 1) the product was on sale 2) the product came back damaged 3) it was decorative seasonal product that was brought back after the season was over.
We are a small independent store and are more than reasonable and generous with returns.

This place stinks! The prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH and they wouldn't accept my return, with a receipt, even for store credit, just a few weeks after purchase. Spend your money elsewhere!
RIPOFF! STAY AWAY!

This place is awful! The prices are outrageously HIGH and they wouldn't allow a return, even with receipt, even for store credit...impromptu changed the policy to benefit them!
STAY AWAY! Spend your money somewhere else!
