The WORST customer service in Colorado Springs!!!!
Every time I call for customer service in Colorado, the representatives are rude, and will not even give me the time of day. Also, the budget billing plan makes absolutely no sense. what's the point of budget billing if the rate changes every month anyways? I was told that if your usage is more than 10% of that of the same month last year, your rate would be readjusted. My bill last year may...
