Rumor has it the owner pulled strings to get the Press-Register to fire the complaining customer.
As they say, what goes around comes around, and Bivona's has now closed its doors.

I ordered champagne and actually watched them pour Cooks then charge me $9 for whatever it said they cost on the menu!

my experience here was one of the worst dining experiences that I have ever encountered. It took hours to get our food and the waiter didn't even know what was what when he brought it to the table and ended up serving the wrong chicken dish to two of the people at the table. I had a wonderful experience here. Food was fantastic, service was very good. The staff was very polite and the atmoshpere was wonderful. I'm definitely going again!
