NO FOLLOW-UP ON PROMISES

Showed up late.
Did partially correct my problems which included printing and sound (sound was half way done) with a promise to call back.
Never did.
Sent an e-mail to Bits & Bytes they promised to have technician get in touch. Never did call back.

No follow up but quick to collect the money.
on a scale of 1-10, I rate them at 4 a C-.
