Man talk about oooey gooey, melty, cheesy goodness between two pieces of bread! Fresh goat cheese, French Brie, white cheddar, bacon, tomato, local watercress, and Dijon...easily the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had.
I've had baked brie before but not like I had it here at Bistro 310. The apple chutney is what set it off. The mix of the brie and the chutney sent the appetizer to another level.
