Naysayers beware, I think Laurant Gras has done a fine job with the menu and his seasonally inspired dishes are consistently pleasing. The only bad thing about Bistro is the location, and rumor has it the ownership is due for a change. Laurant might be able to express himself better in a finer dining restaurant, but I've enjoyed his presence at Bistro where we can enjoy talent for a lot less.
