Casual dining with a flair. The wife and i had the bacon wrapped meatloaf and Chicken Parmesan the first nite and it wa...s really good. Nice flavors and presentation. Couldn't finish tho; large portions!

The under the sea Mac and cheese was fantastic it had a tomato base. We had carry out as it was late and it was quick and easy to do.

We met friends for dinner at Bistro 131. The dinner was good but service was a little slow. The appetizers were really tasty - definitely get the kettle chips but pass on the bruschetta. Fine dining options are limited in New Phila so I would guess that is why it's ranked so high.
